An autumn weekly series featuring live music, local artisans, food and drinks and a beautiful Key West sunset! The series will be held at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater, and will feature local bands and benefit a charity of the band’s choice for each event.
Safety measures will be implemented; capacity is limited to 500 people (13% of the venue capacity) so plenty of room for social distancing. There will be circles and square “pods” marked on the grass to accommodate groups of 2 to 8 people.
NOTE: When you volunteer you can stay for the concert after your shift OR you can receive tickets for a future concert to attend when not working.
For each show, the following volunteers are needed:
Parking - 2 volunteers from 4:00 pm (until lot is full or flow of parking established)
Greeters - 2 volunteers from 4:45-7:00 pm; these volunteers will greet guests as they arrive and to guide guests to entrance and explain seating “pods"
Ticket scanning - 2 volunteers from 4:45-8:00 pm; at entrance to operate hand-held scanners
General venue - 10 volunteers from 4:45-8:00 pm; inside venue to assist with general duties/help throughout the show; answer patron questions; watch for issues that may arise; inform management if rules and safety standards are not being met by guests, etc.
Bag check - 2 volunteers from 4:45-8:00 pm; at entrance to perform simple bag checks to ensure no prohibited items and to limit outside food and drink
