It's that time again, time to roast one of Key West's most beloved celebrities, radio host and personality Bill Hoebee. Local celebrities and notables will flock to Cowboy Bill's to skewer, fry and roast this lovable DJ with their generous donation. Anything goes, so if you're easily offended, this is not the event for you!
