32nd Annual July 4th Picnic and Fireworks - Volunteer opportunity

The Fourth of July Picnic is a long standing Key West tradition. For 32 years, locals and visitors from around the world plan their July 4th celebration with us. Year after year, generation after generation, flock to Casa Marina - Waldorf Astoria Resort for great food, great local music, family friendly good times, to relax with friends on the beach or at the pool and enjoy the fabulous fireworks hosted by the Rotary Club of Key West.

• Set up: 10 volunteers needed; 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 or so
• Shift 1 during picnic is 4:30-7:00 (8 volunteers needed); Shift 2 during picnic is6:30-9:15 (11 volunteers needed); tear down help needed afterwards (as much help as we can get)
• Responsibilities are not outlined at this time.  Likely it will be selling admission tickets and possibly helping at food and drink areas.
• Volunteers will receive an event tee, free admission to the picnic, and a buffet voucher
